Meet Our Chief Mentor

Guiding the academy with experience and vision.

TUHINAA PANDEY

Chief Mentor of BIA, Tuhinaa Pandey is an accomplished professional with a career spanning over three decades. An alumna of South Point High School and Jadavpur University, she began her journey as a model at 19 before pursuing Chemical Engineering and working with renowned MNCs, including international banking and utility brands. In 2005, she transitioned into grooming and administration, leading prestigious performing arts and film institutions.She has directed national-level pageants, led shows for top Indian brands, and served as faculty at acclaimed hotel management institutes.

She is the Founder & Managing Director of Grooming Destination and the curator-director of Matrimaa, a motherhood pageant entering its 5th season in 2026. A corporate groomer, image consultant, soft skills trainer, and mental health activist, she holds titles including Mrs. India Timeless Beauty (2019). In 2025, she joined BIA as Chief Mentor.
