1. 100% Refund Guarantee
Eligible students may receive a 100% refund of the applicable course fee after successfully completing the stipulated 6-month waiting period, provided they choose not to reactivate their course during or after the applicable period.
The refund guarantee is subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Six-Month Waiting Period
The 6-month waiting period begins from the date determined by Being Iban Academy as the student’s applicable course completion, withdrawal, or deactivation date, as applicable.
During this period, the student must remain inactive and must not reactivate or resume the course.
3. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for the 100% refund:
- The student must have enrolled in a course covered under the 100% Refund Guarantee.
- The student must complete the stipulated 6-month waiting period.
- The student must not reactivate or resume the course during the applicable waiting period.
- The student’s account and course status must satisfy all applicable terms and conditions of the refund program.
- Any additional eligibility requirements communicated by the Academy at the time of enrollment must also be fulfilled.
4. Course Reactivation
If a student chooses to reactivate, resume, or continue the course during the stipulated waiting period, the student may no longer be eligible for the 100% refund under this guarantee.
Course reactivation will be treated as a continuation of the student’s enrollment and may therefore affect refund eligibility.
5. Refund Process
Once the student becomes eligible for the refund, the student may submit a refund request to Being Iban Academy through the designated communication channel.
The Academy may verify the student’s enrollment history, course status, waiting-period completion, and compliance with the applicable terms and conditions before processing the refund.
Once approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another method communicated by the Academy.
6. Non-Transferability
The refund guarantee is applicable only to the student who originally enrolled in the eligible course and cannot be transferred to another person.
7. Terms and Conditions
The 100% Refund Guarantee is subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the student’s course and enrollment.
Being Iban Academy reserves the right to verify eligibility before approving any refund request. In case of any discrepancy between promotional material and the applicable enrollment terms, the terms communicated at the time of enrollment shall apply.
